Projectors:
We ship all our packages, excluding Plasma TVs, through Fedex . If you wish to ship via an alternative method, please call in your order and request your shipping carrier. Although we do our best to ship same day upon receiving your order, some orders may need 24 hours processing time while the item is prepared for shipping. However, it may take up to 48 hours (Weekends & All Religious holidays excluded) to ship. If you need your order shipped sooner, please contact our sales department for assistance.

Plasma TVs:
Due to their delicate nature, we ship our Plasma TVs through a qualified courier. In the case that a Plasma TV is dropped-shipped by the Manufacturer, turn around time is estimated at 48 hours. In the case of a backorder, the order will be shipped on a "first come, first served" basis, and you, as the customer, have the right to either wait or cancel your order. The Lions Den will promptly notify you of any delays.

Accessories:
Some accessories are stocked and some are dropped shipped through the MFG and turn around time is estimated at 48 hours in the case of a drop ship. In the case of a backorder, the same policy as above applies.
A tracking number will be sent to you via email upon shipment of your order. If you do not receive an email containing tracking information after 48 hours of placing your order, contact us and we will resend it to you.
Return Policy
All sales are considered final. Returns are subject to a restocking fee minimum 5% up to be determined on a case by case basis. In the event of a return, shipping is non-refundable. Return shipments must be shipped back via Fedex and insured for the full value only. Other courier return packages will be denied and returned to sender. You will need to obtain an RMA# . Without an RMA# , return packages will be denied. Returned merchandise needs to be sent with all original packaging and a blank registration card for those that apply.
Exchanges will be charged a fee based upon the condition of the projector and the amount of use. We can not guarantee exchanges on all units depending on the amount of usage as well. We guarantee non-warranty products against DOA. If the product is defective due to manufacturing (versus damage during shipping) and returned to Lions Den Home Theater; it will be tested. If the product proves not to be defective, we will either charge a restocking fee (minimum 5%) to be determined on a case by case basis or ship the same same unit back to you upon your request. If your product is under warranty and is defective due to manufacturing, you must seek customer support from straight from the manufacturer. If you are having problems with the manufacturer, you may call us and we will assist you with getting assistance from the manufacturer.
Damaged Merchandise Policy (during shipment)
We usually ship products in their original manufacturer's packaging. When shipping merchandise not packed by the manufacturer, we make sure to meet all of Fedex , UPS, ect. and standard shipping requirements concerning packaging. If you receive a defective product due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of arrival, if we are to deal with UPS or Fedex insurance claims ourselves. Make sure to keep the product in all its original packaging the blank registration card (for those that apply). If the customer contacts us after 48 hours, it is up to the customer to deal with UPS or Fedex insurance claims.

Warranty Policy
Not all our products come with a manufacturer's warranty. Please read each item carefully before purchasing as each manufacturer's warranty is different. Warrantied bulbs have a limited 90-Day warranty. Non- warrantied bulbs are guaranteed against DOA only. If you need assistance with a warranty claim, we will be glad to help you. The Lions Den Home Theater shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the sale and/or use of product or service provided or associated in connection with The Lions Den Home Theater, including but not limited to loss of profits, claim of indemnity, loss of performance, loss of data, contributory loss or failure, or any other damages arising from the purchase or use of said products or service provided by Lions Den Home Theater.
